What is Skype?

Skype is a free program that you can download and use to communicate with another individuals, or a group of individuals, via a chat window, video conferencing, or voice chat (in place of your phone). Once you download Skype, it’s simple to setup and start using it right away. You can search for other individuals on Skype, or enter their Skype user name if available, and then add them to your Skype contacts list. Once added, you can easily connect with others on Skype with or without video.
